What exactly does Inspire do?
We're a technology-first 3PL: warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery across the Philippines, run on Fusion, our proprietary OMS + WMS + ERP. We store, pick, pack, and deliver your orders across every marketplace — you run the brand, we run the operations.
Aren't you just another warehouse?
No. We're a technology-first 3PL — warehousing and fulfillment are the services, and the system is the product. Warehousing is one module of a full operating system: the platform enforces inventory truth, cut-offs, and exception ownership, and the floor executes to it.
Which channels do you integrate with?
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Zalora, and Facebook — six channels synced to one inventory truth, live. The same stock number across every channel, all the time.
What's the same-day dispatch cutoff?
Orders in by 4:00 PM are picked, packed, and handed to the courier the same business day. The cut-off is enforced by the system, not negotiated.
How fast do you process inbound stock?
Receiving, QC, and put-away within 24–48 hours of arrival, with expiry and batch details recorded in Fusion. Your stock is sellable, not sitting on a dock.
How do returns work?
We receive, inspect, document, and process returns within 24–48 hours depending on volume — with photo and video evidence attached. Disputes close on record, not opinion.
How does COD work?
We collect from couriers, reconcile in Fusion, and remit weekly — your cash flow stays smooth and the numbers reconcile against the orders they belong to.
Is Fusion included, or do we pay for the software?
Fusion is our own product — enterprise-grade OMS + WMS + ERP, and it's a paid platform. You can license it standalone, or bundle it with our warehousing and fulfillment for a lower platform rate. Start with control through Fusion; add reliability through execution when you want it.
What visibility do we actually get?
Rack-level inventory, real-time order status, performance reports, and TrueTrace — photo and video evidence on every fulfilled order. Virtual warehouse access included. You can audit us any day of the week.
Who is Inspire NOT for?
Companies that just want cheap storage space, or businesses not really operating in e-commerce. We're built for brands that are selling and ready to scale.
