Pick and pack is the core of e-commerce fulfillment: an order comes in, the right items are picked from the shelf, packed to a standard, and sent out. At Inspire it runs on Fusion, our own platform, so every pick is barcode-scanned against the order, every parcel is double-checked at the bench, and photo and video evidence is attached before it ships. Orders in by the 4:00 PM cut-off are picked, packed, and dispatched the same business day, then delivered same-day or next-day across Metro Manila on our dedicated fleet and nationwide through integrated couriers.
